F45 stands for ‘Functional 45’ as each 45-minute class teaches you to only use functional movements to sculpt your body whilst aiding you to move better in everyday life. There’s plenty of variation to keep you healthy and happy during the week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday is cardio; Tuesday and Thursday are resistance; and Saturday is a hybrid of both with the fantastic addition of an in house DJ. It’s all about the community when you are part of the F45 team, and the Vauxhall outpost is no different, as they have many regulars that have found this sort of training addictive. It helps that the wonderful Mother Kelly’s can also be found two doors down for some post-work out socialising too.

F45 run 8-week challenges to boost nutrition and training, with a focus on holistic well-being. It’s an easy way for members to change their habits through training and challenge meal plans. They welcome all levels of fitness so don’t be shy to get down to their beautiful studio under the arches and get moving!
