Produced in London during the post-war period, Australian artist Keith Cunningham was a student at the Royal College of Art in the mid-1950s, working alongside major artists such as Frank Auerbach, Leon Kossoff and Jo Tilson.

His exhibition: The Cloud of Witness, is brooding, sombre and expressive is now showing at Newport Street Art Gallery until 21 August 2022.
