Welcome back to another edition of Vauxhall’s monthly events! Can anyone believe that we’re already in March? As the flowers start to blossom, and the crisp wind begins to feel refreshing in the soft warmth of the sun, Vauxhall unfolds its many exciting happenings.
Kicking off the month on a harmonious note, Classical Vauxhall continues to grace us with its enchanting performances. Immerse yourself in the world of classical music at various venues across Vauxhall until March 3rd. With limited numbers, a convivial atmosphere, and a well-stocked bar by the Beefeater Gin Distillery, this festival is going to sweep you off your feet.

Celebrating International Women’s Day, VauxWall East invites all those who identify as women or have experienced discrimination based on being perceived as female. Book a session anytime in the whole day with concession pricing. You can even bring a friend for free!

Mother’s Day weekend calls for indulgence. Delight in cheesy, meaty, and even vegan grazing boards and pamper the mother in your life with a relaxing evening. Each cheese board is accompanied by a glass of wine of soft drink. There’s also a kids cheese board so that they don’t miss out on the fun this March.

Take a literary journey along the Thames with a captivating walking tour. On and along the Thames, you will get to explore extracts from iconic books and authors and hear what they had to say about the river. With an on-boat bar, you’ll get the best of a walking and sailing experience.

Get ready for an unforgettable night with Sooz Kempner, the stand-up sensation known for her sold-out Edinburgh shows and Doctor Who spin-off. Renowned for her incredible voice in the UK cabaret scene, Sooz will be gracing the stage with a special Kate-themed show. This is a night for all Kate enthusiasts!

As part of their new Branch Out programme, the Garden Museum is hosting this free event with award-winning artist, designer, and author, Zoë Burt. Learn botanical ink sketching as you explore the potential of plants and botanical inks. Go home with your beautiful creations – a set of postcards!

Get a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process, inspiration, and artworks of four wonderful women artists. #LoyseTalksArt will take you on a journey of inspiration, creativity, and wonder with this studio visit to remember.

An evening of live poetry and spoken word, featuring the talented Isabella Dorta as the headliner. The TikTok poet with over 2 million followers will share excerpts from her new book ‘The Letters I Will Never Send,’ along with previous works focusing on love, heartbreak, and mental health.
Note: This 18+ event opens its doors at 6:30 pm, and the book signing starts at 9:30 pm. Seize the opportunity to reserve your spot as an open mic participant by arriving early.

Kickoff the March long weekend with an all-nighter as The Eagle brings back the lipsinkers. Start with the show and keep up the energy for the afterparty for what will indeed be a good friday. Tickets available online and at the door.

Calling all singles between the ages of 40 to 60! This is your day to build some new meaningful connections with lovely, like-minded people. Your ticket includes a free welcome drink as you enjoy views of the Thames and dance the night away.
