Reconnect with your needs and improve your way of life at this two-hour workshop in self-care and compassion, hosted at Vauxhall yoga studio Embody Wellness.

By acknowledging the ways in which we can be kinder to ourselves, and learning how to rise above our inner-critic, workshop leader Molly Martin argues we can build greater resilience that can improve our relationships, work and responsibilities. During the session, participants will be taught useful tools to help build more self-compassion within themselves, beginning with a gentle flowing yoga sequence with breath and mantra work, before finishing with a meditation designed to leave attendees feeling happy, healthy and uplifted.
