Give peas a chance at the Garden Museum this March, where they’ll be joined by Seedlip Drinks to talk about the surprising uses of the humble vegetable for cocktails.

Seedlip, a non-alcoholic spirit brand, is an expert in utilising peas to flavour their complex herbal concoctions. They’ll be talking all about how peas are much more than a humble side dish at dinner, and can actually be used to create sophisticated drinks with a delicate flavour palette. Over the course of the evening, you’ll learn how to make four cocktails that cover a pea’s entire lifespan, from pea seeds and shoots to fresh peas and spent pea pods.
