Gorgeous citrus flavour is the centre of the latest cooking masterclass from the Garden Museum.

A three-hour class giving you all the tips and tricks needed to make the most out of the wonderful flavour given to food by adding orange or lemon flavour to it. Make a Chargrilled radiccio with blood orange, hazlenut and honey dressing and take home some Apricot and orange biscotti amongst other treats to be made on the day.
