Inspired by the fabulous story of Richborne Terrace’s lockdown street concerts (which you can watch on YouTube), we present an afternoon of performances by the talented people of Vauxhall.

Head on down to the Pleasure Gardens for singing, dancing, comedy and more. The event is FREE for all to attend.

Performing this year

All of our performers are local to Vauxhall – get a load of our hometown heroes!

  • The event is hosted by Emma Jüngling, a Swiss classical singer who lives on Richborne Terrace in Vauxhall. Emma and her neighbours became superstars in the first lockdown when they hosted street concerts to raise money for self-employed residents with no income, and she hopes to welcome even more performers to share their talents with the local area.Emma will be joined by:
  • Jim Preen and band
  • Lalith Wijedoru (pianist)
  • Boury Academy
  • Real Voices
  • Neon Performing Arts
  • Alain English (actor/poet) and
  • Brixton Chamber Orchestra, who will perform a closing set for the event, to bring our incredible show of local talent to a close.
